Jump squats were right after walking lunges and sprints.
Today’s workout started with four sets of 50 walking lunges, with sprints between each set. NEVER AGAIN, @hammer_fitness!!!!!!! NEVER A-FREAKIN’-GAIN!!!!!! My legs were shaking after the second set. There is nothing I hate more than lunges. They are dumb and I hate them so much.
My new gym bag. It’s not the one I originally wanted, but I sure do like this one a lot! The bag I originally wanted was very expensive, and while I almost ordered it the other day, I talked myself out of it. I figure I’ll get that very expensive bag as a gift for myself one day when I reach one of my long term goals. So for now, this is my gym bag. And it’s already packed for tomorrow’s 5:00 AM gym session. 💪

I don’t always notice the changes with my body when I look in the mirror, and I can’t always tell with clothes, but I can always tell when I compare photos I’ve taken. I have hated my upper body and I have bitched about it being weak and sloppy, but I’ve started to bitch a lot less about that stuff lately.
